Really lovely yoga studio on the 2nd floor of this quaint Stone Ridge house. Great teachers and a variety of yoga styles. Restorative and gently flow highly recommended to help get into the country groove!

You can drop in for a single class or buy a series card. The teaching is excellent and there's a great vibe. You don't even need to bring your yoga mat. I take classes here all the time. I love it.

This was once an old church and the studio has a range of classes for all practice styles and levels and beautiful space.
