French bistro ( you guessed) They only serve steak and chips, but as much as you want. If that is what you feel like then this always delivers. No reservations, queues outside when busy but once in, does not feel fast food. If you find its too long to wait go next door to the Italian place. Take in Marylebone High Street while you are here. Grand local London. Bakerloo Line from the Elephant to Baker Street and walk ((15mins)

very famous French restaurant which only serves one dish - steak and fries with a side salad. As you cannot book here it garners long queues, avoid peak dining times.
