Not only a very nice zoo with lots of animals, but also a huge park with playgrounds, meadows and ponds. Great place to relax and play in the summertime.

Zoo Salzburg – the home of 140 animal species from all over the world! The unique zoo territory at the foot of the Hellbrunner Mountain with the steep rocky Cliffside on one side and the hilly floodplain landscape on the other is home to around 800 animals. The expert husbandry and nurture of the animals is the visitors an insight to the multitude and diversity of the fauna. With around 1,500 animals of 150 species, the former "Hellbrunn Zoo" offers an exciting experience. From the dwarf mouse to the white rhinoceros, creatures of all sizes are represented - and from different continents.
