[ENG] This is my favourite "guachinche". You can eat really good and local food, it is really cheap. You must try "Ropavieja" here, it's so tasty, also grilled meat is a must. [ESP] Es mi guachinche favorito. Se come súper rico, y baratísimo. Es obligado probar la ropavieja aquí y algo de carne a la brasa.

Guachinches are traditional eating places in Tenerife, often located within the owner's vineyard as a way for him or her to sell their surplus wine. Don't expect 3 Star Michelin, it will usually be clean and simple bbq meat, often no menu, and usually only wine or water to drink. This particular guachinche is about 200 metres away and one of the most popular on the island (very useful when we are giving details of how to find us for deliveries!). If you don't speak any Spanish you may struggle, and be prepared to wait for a table if you do go.

'Cualquier guachinche de todos los que hay repartidos por la zona norte de la isla merece la pena. Comida casera, sencilla y abundante, regada con vino de producción local en un ambiente informal. Merece la pena explorar, porque además en algunos hay vistas fantásticas, y todo por un precio que no creerás.'
