Very conveniently situated at the end of the road is simply one of the best bakeries I have ever encountered. Excellent variety of sourdough loaves baked daily, together with awesome focaccia and ciabatta. The sausage rolls are ridiculously good, and the sweet pastries are delicious. They also make ciabatta sandwiches – generally there are 4 fillings on offer, changing daily. There is limited seating in and outside. The perfect start to your day would be a trip to The Pantry to pick up breakfast, then pop over the level crossing to Black Crow for coffee, and it will still be hot by the time you get home.

Amazing cheesecake, sourdough bread and pastries. If you want a traditional French quiche or brioche, this is the place. Closed Sundays. Aug 2020 - please check if open first.

Chris who owns and runs this artisan bakery is an genius when it comes to baking. There are a few little tables inside and outside so you can have your coffee and cake right there.
