The best park in town in my opinion! You will see a lot of young people over there, especial in the summer time :)

You can go for a walk or a jog, it is very quite and peaceful park around the lake and close to city center

Sun, water and nature is a best place to clean your mind in Chisinau. Be careful it can be crowded during the weekend time as very popular :)
