Nice choice for snacks from a range of "salgados" to sandwich (meat, cheese, octopus, piglet, etc) to fresh juices!

Portuguese sandwiches highly priced for locals, but quite yummy (ok, for Lisbon standards - you have to travel around the country to find the real yummy)! I lived in this neighboorhood for more than 10y and just discovered this place on my last year living there, which means Baixa can still have some secrets. Mostly locals go to this place, since it's a bit out of the beaten track. Around 6-7 euros per sandwich. Favorite sandwiches: suckling pig (this is quite great by any PT standards!) and fried cuttlefish ("choco").

Best Leitão Sandwich (small pig) if you like meat :) you can eat it with the spicey sauce and enjoy something unique from the north and center of the country :)
