There is variety of shop for groceries shopping, clothing, local bank, coffee shops, restaurant, post office and currency excahnge centre etc., Groceries shop like Sainsbury, Lidl, Long Feng (Chinese Super Market), Pound Land etc. There's fresh market selling like fresh vege, fruits, bakery etc quite cheaply like a pound for a big bowl, open week days in the Stratford Shopping Centre. Another larger super market for groceries shop Morrison close by Stratford Centre and normally open till 11pm.
