It's FREE! There is really no need for reservations ahead of time, they do have two sections one for people with and one without, it moves at a steady pace. You can not walk around and explore on your own, you must be with the capital tour person. You are not allowed to bring in any food or drinks that include water! You can take in an empty water bottle and fill it up inside. The tour is about 20 min and it is very crowded. The capital cafe is awesome! It’s pretty big with good food, good price.
