Boat ramp and new restaurant. Great food! This marina offers jet ski and pontoon rentals. Family friendly- No alcohol allowed on docks.

Cookeville Boat Dock is a nice marina, it has a small restaurant, store, and gas. They are famous for their pies and their fried fish. Just know that you are not allowed to walk on the dock with an open container of alcohol.

Marina is 8.8 miles from the Lake House. They offer Pontoon and Kayak rental. There is a public fishing pier and you can put your boat on the lake for a $5 fee. Also enjoy a meal and the beautiful views at the Lighthouse floating restaurant.
