Great atmosphere, good food, wonderful location. Coming back from Yosemite, you may want to stop one night for an evening at Tenaya.

Jackalope Grill offers full bar and burger style dining. Also the lodge offers many activities including ice skating to visitors that are not guests of the hotel. Check out the activities and rentals

Tenaya Lodge offers three wonderful restaurants within it's walls. Enjoy gourmet food at Embers. I would highly recommend the fabulous lobster bisque or quail appetizer. Reservations and dinner dress are required. No children under 12 years old. Sierra Restaurant offers fabulous surf and turf. They also have a sport's bar called Jackalopes where you can enjoy patio seating around a fire pit or take in the game of your choice. Kids might enjoy roasting smores which can be purchased in the gift shop and grilled to perfection over their fire pits. During the winter sleigh rides are available. Call the concierge office for details.

Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite is an all-season resort framed by noble evergreen forest just two miles from Yosemite National Park's south gate. Tenaya Lodge offers four-season fun for all interests and ages, from spa treatments to mountain biking to ice skating. And, of course, right next door the wonders of Yosemite await!

Visit their website www.tenayalodge.com to see what they have going on seasonally. Spring and fall they usually have outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, climbing, archery, and much more. Winter time they have sledding, ice skating and horse drawn rides. The restaurant is beautiful and family friendly. Call ahead to make reservations for activities.
