Historic home built 1754, oldest house in the town of Sandisfield MA and local historians believe that the house served as the "Bosworth Tap Room" in the late 1700's/early 1800's. Located in the southeast corner of the Berkshires. Wide plank floors, historic details, eclectic antique furniture. This house is a work in progress but we've been told by many guests it's time to open it up to AirBNB guests!

Relax in a beautiful mountain setting at this 4-season ski house within walking distance of the slopes at Otis Ridge Ski Area (the best ski area south of the Vermont border). In fact, the back-yard (actually a meadow full of wildlife and flowers) used to be part of the ski area and there are still remnants of the rope-tow on the edge of the property. The long-range views off the back porch are fantastic.
