Join me, a historical tour guide, for an enlightening tour of the National Archaeological Museum of Naples (MANN) that reveals the richness of ancient Roman culture. • Meet at the museum entrance and discuss our tour’s theme: “Are we and the ancient Romans so different?” Learn how much of what defines our world also existed in Julius Caesar’s time, albeit in varying forms. • Gain insight into ancient Romans’ daily lives through the frescoes and mosaics of Pompeii and Herculaneum, and everyday tools and artifacts from the Vesuvian area. The Tarantella Walk is an immersive experience that combines traditional music and performing arts in the heart of Naples. The journey begins in Largo San Giovanni Maggiore, near the University, where "o Capitano" Angelo Picone, in the role of Pazzariello, welcomes participants by distributing traditional Tarantella instruments and teaching the basic elements to dance this engaging dance. The walk continues with a musical journey through the most characteristic alleys of the city, transforming the streets into an open-air stage. Join me, an anthropologist and ethnologist, on a journey through Palermo’s spiritual heritage. We’ll dive deep into the city’s devotional iconography as we explore traditional markets and ancient, tiny chapels. • We’ll start at the entrance of the vibrant and historic Il Capo market, a place deeply woven into my own upbringing. Here, you’ll experience the warm energy and hospitality of the market’s vendors. • I’ll introduce you to the traditional ways Sicilians honor specific Madonnas and holy women such as Santa Rosalia, along with figures who carry a more mystical significance in the local devotion. • As we navigate through the market and its surroundings, we’ll visit lesser-known churches and devotional spots cherished by the local community. Highlights include Madonna della Miccè, Madonna del Lume, Sant’Onofrio. • We’ll stop in a small shop for coffee, and fresh pomegranate juice, which carries important devotional symbology. You will not receive historical or architectural information from me, but the church guides or the community of "confratelli" will do it. What I will share with you is the spiritual meaning of symbols and syncresies, the metalanguage, and our way of addressing our prayers to the Saints. You’ll walk away with firsthand experience of Palermo’s spiritual traditions and the people who keep them alive.

(Children ages 4-12 are welcome when accompanied by an adult.) • I’ll welcome you into the magical world of the Doll Hospital, where you’ll explore our antique doll collection, and see how we bring dolls and stuffed animals back to life. • Watch a short film about the importance of maintaining dolls and teddies so you can keep them around and transform them into precious lifelong companions. • Next, you’ll learn how to restore a doll. You can either customize a Mia Me doll to look like you, or create a stuffed animal by filling it, sewing on its nose, and adding unique details. You’ll take home the doll you created, as well as a birth certificate and a clothing kit, to continue practicing the art of restoring toys.

You will discover the Amalfi Coast’s hidden delights and breathtaking views from a typical Amalfitan Gozzo boat, thanks to the comprehensive experience and knowledge of local captains and in a very small group (max 10 participants)! The route to Positano and back will take us along Amalfi’s finest beaches as well as close to natural rock arches and into sea caves, giving us the opportunity to admire the old watch towers that dot the entire length of this coast. We will pause at beaches reachable only by sea and have time to go snorkeling or swimming in crystal-clear waters and into grottos (snorkeling equipment provided by us). Capri and Blue Grotto Boat Tour

The perfect tour for those who don't want to miss the chance to visit the Blue Grotto! We will be explorers on an unforgettable journey that will take us to discover the coast of Sorrento and the island of Capri. We will visit the ancient fishing village of Marina Grande, an ancient Roman villa dating back to the first century BC. and other nice spots along the coast. Arriving in Capri, first stop at the Blue Grotto! Then, we will circumnavigate the island passing by: the mythical Faraglioni, rocks thrown by the Cyclops Polyphemus in a fit of rage to attract the attention of his father Neptune, God of the seas; the coloured Green Grotto and White Grotto; the Punta Carena Lighthouse, one of the oldest in Italy and from which you can admire the ancient path of the Bourbon forts. Surrounded by the unique colours of Capri, we will dive into the crystal-clear waters of the island, whose seabed still preserves the ancient corsair galleons that, over time, have tried to invade it. Regenerated by the freshness of the waters, ready to disembark on the island with 3 hours of free time to visit the city centre. Back on board, second stop for swimming. Soft drinks, water, beer and seasonal fruit included on board. Return to Sorrento around 3:30 pm.

Hi everyone! If you want to be feel like a local on the Amalfi coast, don't miss this experience! On this tour you will have the possibility to enjoy a beautiful day on a tipical sorrentine gozzo between Positano and Amalfi, sipping a glass of Prosecco followed by a tipical apperitizer. We enjoy the incredible cliffs and caves that draw our coastline. Depaturing from Positano, you will see "La Porta", Arienzo, Zeffirelli Villa and San Pietro hotel. You refesh yourselves jumping in the renomated clear blue amalfitan water. The boat then continues towards Laurito beach, Tritone hotel, Praiano, Pirates cave and Saracens tower. You can enjoy the all coast from a different point of view admiring the enchanting villages climbing the coast. Sailing you will totally enjoy the atmosphere of this picturesque landscape, like Furore "the lover's bridge" and Conca Dei Marini. You can visit also the Emerald cave, known for its green shadows(the entrance costs 6euro not included in the price). We will continue towards Santa Croce beach, where we stop to enjoy some tipical local products close by Sofia Lauren villa and the elefant kissing rock.
