Excellent summer season cafe tucked away at the end of Barricane Beach. Bring your own booze and picnic rug and sit on the beach and enjoy the most delicious Sri Lankan curry.

One of the best beaches in North Devon, dog-friendly and long sweeping beach which is perfect for walking along. We love to go down about 4pm and take a BBQ with us and sit and watch the sun go down.

The Tarka Trail is a pedestrian and cycle way within the North Devon Biosphere Reserve. There is a 48km, shared-use section between Braunton and Meeth which runs along the line of an old railway. It is part of the National Cycle Network and mainly flat to cycle on . You can cycle from Braunton to Barnstaple on the cycle trail.
