A smaller hotel withing walking distance! The bar is cosy and there is often live music. Bar/restaurant food is served depending on the time of day! We love that we can walk there and not worry about driving home! Be safe on the roads of course.....there is no lighting.

Sightseeing
Whether you want to see a historic building or look at the scenery it's worth a trip but there is something special about this spot.... this is the most peaceful spot on earth. Looking out on Smerwick Harbour, mountains to your back, fields and animals in between. I'v never felt more at peace than I do here and I can't explain why!

Whether you want to see a historic building or look at the scenery it's worth a trip but there is something special about this spot.... this is the most peaceful spot on earth. Looking out on Smerwick Harbour, mountains to your back, fields and animals in between. I'v never felt more at peace than I do here and I can't explain why!
You can't travel to Dingle and not do the Slea Head drive. There are plenty of stops along the way and a new and different scene around every turn. It is a narrow road and if you are a nervous driver or really want the driver to be able to enjoy the sights....a tour (starting from Dingle) might be a better option than driving! Give yourself a few hours either way.

Slea Head DriveYou can't travel to Dingle and not do the Slea Head drive. There are plenty of stops along the way and a new and different scene around every turn. It is a narrow road and if you are a nervous driver or really want the driver to be able to enjoy the sights....a tour (starting from Dingle) might be a better option than driving! Give yourself a few hours either way.

Our older kids (from about 6 up to teens at least!) love the climbing wall, our smaller children love the newly added play area and I love the peace and quiet that gives me to have coffee and a chat! Perfect for a rainy day. Our max stay was 4 hrs but I think we over did it as we were exhausted!

Golf! I don't play but I've heard the course is nice. 18 hole. The views are great - you can't beat playing a great game with a great view!

Well this is the second highest mountain in Ireland so it's a bit more than a hike and you would need some safety precautions experience and/or guidance. Great climb for those interested.
