Great Family restaurant and also a great neighborhood bar. There is outdoor seating and an tiki bar in back open seasonally. Great clam chowder. We really love this place and go there often. Combine this with a visit to the Whydah Pirate museum which is just behind Captain Parker's.

If you like pie, and who doesn't?, you have to go stop at Marion's Pie Shop! The pies are amazing, sweet and savory alike. The Parker House Rolls are really good too.

While visiting Provincetown, don't forget to visit the Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum. Learn about the pilgrim's arrival on the Mayflower and P-town's history in the museum. Then climb to the top of the monument on a series of winding indoor ramps. Along the way you will be rewarded with lookout holes where you will see some beautiful views and catch a nice breeze. The views at the top are amazing.

Learn about the pilgrim's arrival on the Mayflower and P-town's history in the museum. Then climb to the top of the monument on a series of winding indoor ramps. Along the way you will be rewarded with lookout holes where you will see some beautiful views and catch a nice breeze. The views at the top are amazing.

Haigis Beach
This is a typical Nantucket Sound side Cape Cod beach. No surf to speak of but the water tends to be a bit warmer than the Bay side beaches and national seashore beaches. It will cool you off when you need it. It's a little less crowded and tends to cater to locals only staying near by... that would be you!
This is a larger Nantucket Sound public beach that is very close by. You will pay for parking in the lot during certain summer hours. If you are looking for a more crowded beach experience this would be an option but we recommend walking to Haigis Beach.

This is a great place for dining, shopping and entertainment. Many bars and restaurants, there are often free outdoor concerts and Hyannis is the home of the famous Cape Cod Melody tent.

Go to see the Chatham Lighthouse, but the best part of this area is the beautiful lookout over the ocean, the barrier island and the seals! We like to stop at Marion's Pie Shop on the way and pick up something delicious. There is short term parking and coin operated binoculars so you can get a good look at the seals.
