This pub is a 2 minute walk from the cottages. It does great pub grub and really family friendly. They have a small beer garden where you can sit in the summer. All the locals including us go on a Friday night so it is alway busy and has a great atmosphere. I recommend booking on a Friday night if you want to eat.

58 Goose StThis pub is a 2 minute walk from the cottages. It does great pub grub and really family friendly. They have a small beer garden where you can sit in the summer. All the locals including us go on a Friday night so it is alway busy and has a great atmosphere. I recommend booking on a Friday night if you want to eat.

Again one of my favourites. Great food and atmosphere, very family friendly and it also has a bakery as you enter the restaurant, you have to try their olive bread and almond croissants.......heavenly. Booking is essential.

In the most stunning village called Combe Hay just outside of Bath. Great gastro pub with good wines. Perfect spot in the summer as they have a gorgeous garden and a pizza oven. Booking necessary.

They have everything you need at the Farm Shop so you must visit. It is a 5 min drive or a 15 minute walk from the cottages. Very family friendly as they have a great play area for young children. There is the Farm Shop, Gift Shop, Butchers, Fish Mongers, Cafe, and Deli. You can also see the Pigs and Piglets.
