Central has dozens of malls but this one you can walk to. Food, food, food. Movie theater, ice skating rink, bandk and money exchangers, Fitness First, 9 levels of shops. Open daily and just 10-15 min walk from home.

Opened in late 2019. This outlet mall is set outdoors in an open style. When I was there 30% wasn't open yet. I only found the Adidas outlet interesting but I suspect this will become a "must see" for shoppers.

98/1 Bang Na Trat - Suvarnabumi Frontage RdOpened in late 2019. This outlet mall is set outdoors in an open style. When I was there 30% wasn't open yet. I only found the Adidas outlet interesting but I suspect this will become a "must see" for shoppers.

Great supermarket but might be a bit more expensive than Tesxo. Does have some items Tesco doesn't carry so if you didn't find what you wanted to eat in Tesco, then it's worth looking at Tops.

8-9 Thanon Phra Ram 9Great supermarket but might be a bit more expensive than Tesxo. Does have some items Tesco doesn't carry so if you didn't find what you wanted to eat in Tesco, then it's worth looking at Tops.
Another great supermarket. About 15 min walk north. This one is open 24 hours! And so are the coffee shops and restaurants at THE STREET.

Getting Around
The MRT subway is the best public transportation in Bangkok in terms of cleanliness and comfort - all levels are air conditioned unlike the BTS or Airport Rail Link or bus stop. But city trains aren't cheap like buses. Taxis might be cheaper if you're traveling 2+ people.

I don't recommend it except... it's the only train option to BKK airport. If in group of 3+, I'd take a taxi because it's cheaper and/or more convenient.
