Everything you could possibly need to shop for can be found in downtown Quepos. From bookstores to cigar shops to souvenir shops, you can find it all. Definitely check out the main bus station in the center of town, they have several vendors inside for groceries.

This is literally just outside the building on the main road. All of your grocery needs are available here. You don't even need a car.

This is a bank right next door to the super market pura vida. I don't suggest getting most of your colones in San Jose. Rather get a little bit there and when you get to Manuel Antonio, get the rest at a better rate.

This is the second most popular national park in the country behind Monteverde cloud forest. You can go on a tour, or go on a hike by yourself. There is also a beach that you can walk to that is frequented by many of the locals. If you are spending any amount of time in this area, I would strongly suggest taking the time to go there.
