It is one of the most beautiful waterfall of Bali that is not so touristy or commercial. it is a nice quiet attraction.
It is set in the middle of the rain forest, high up in the mountain region of central Bali. You can have a fantastic swim at this natural pool. The walk down to the falls is passing through rich coffee farm, hydrangeas and lush rain forest. It is just 1,5 hours from our house.

It sits up on the elevation of 1400 feet, there are numbers of waterfalls around this area which are Gerombong and Lemukih falls. Great place for a powerful natural shower. It is approximately two hours from our house through scenic drives.

There are a few waterfalls along the river and some of them are having quit a deep dipping pool where some visitors are jumping into it. It is about 2 hours drive via the central mountain of Bedugul where you also can make a stop at Pura Ulun Danu Beratan, a fabulous temple by the side of the lake Beratan. The drive to Sambangan is also passing by Gigit but it is often a bit touristy here.

It is about 2 hours drive via the central mountain of Bedugul where you also can make a stop at Pura Ulun Danu Beratan, a fabulous temple by the side of the lake Beratan. The drive to Sambangan is also passing by Gigit but it is often a bit touristy here.

It is advised that you spent a bit of time here to have a fantastic walk through the paddy field where you can closely observe the traditional irrigation system of the Subak.
