Another great option for cafe style food. Both breakfast, lunch and appetizers. They offer a large menu for both eating and snacking. Nice hip ambient and located 2 blocks walking.

This is our favorite neighborhood spot for tacos. Delicious tacos and aguas frescas. Great service and tables for sitting even though it's a street stand. It's a nice walk from Casita Romero. Try a volacan (a tostada with melted cheese and your choice of meat.)

Amazing french pastries and French owned. They also have a location in Old Town but their main kitchen is located just down the street in our lovely neighborhood. Everything is delicious! Go early because they send most of their stuff to their Old Town location. Prices are super reasonable as well.
