You'll need a vehicle with clearance for the best travel. Make sure you wear your hiking shoes and hike into the inner basin, especially beautiful in the fall.

During the summer, or better yet the fall, jump on the ski lift for views for miles and miles or put on your hiking shoes and hike Kachina Trail or other trails located nearby.
