Rum Point is one of the best beaches on island and is less crowded because it's far away from the 7 mile beach corridor. In our opinion it's the best beach! There's a restaurant on site which has fantastic fish and chips and the best mud slides anywhere on island. You'll also be able to use the hammocks and beach chairs free of charge! There are changing rooms, bathrooms, and showers to make it an easy day at the beach. If you're interested Red Sail does offer jet ski, paddle boards, and other water sports rentals. The beach is perfect for younger children because it is a very gradual slope and always very calm. There's also lots of shade and excellent sand for making sandcastles
