On the way to the Chocolate Hills, you’ll drive along side a small river surrounded by pure jungle. Locals have built fishing huts and small vendor stations selling snacks. Loay Interior RoadRent a motorbike to experience the beauty that is the Mahogany Forest. The roads wind and bend making for a seriously fun ride. The roads are nicely paved and the traffic isn’t too heavy so even new riders can handle the journey.

You can buy a package ticket that includes the official lunch cruise down the Loboc River but not before you fly through the jungle on your belly via a frightening, yet exhilarating zipline course.
This, however, is no standard zipline that simply plunges you through the trees at speeds too fast to enjoy the view. This zipline takes you over the jungle, the river and even gives you a view of the Chocolate Hills. This is definitely a GoPro-worthy adventure.

A very good dinner option at Alona Beach. Vegan Italian is a small niche, but the food is great and will be enjoyed by anyone. A bit noisy at is just in the road side but that goes for many Alona dinner options.

When you walk in, you will get a feeling of being in a great place. Delicious and tender ribs with the meat falling off the bone. Really friendly staff and service is fast. We've tried their bbq ribs, korean pork, chicken, pasta, noodles and they were all great. Small, but worth it. Try to get there early.

Alona Beach RoadNice restaurant on the way to Alona Beach. About 10 min walk from Mc Donald’s (city center). Good service and excellent food. They serve pizza, pasta and lasagna. Everything is very tasty. Pricy according to Filipino prices, low accordingly to European prices.
