There’s Güero’s proper that is a fun and bustling Tex-Mex restaurant, then 2 doors down is their Oak Garden which is the REAL gem. Nestled under giant Live Oak trees complete with misters and fans there is always a live band playing, cheap tacos complete with free chips, salsa, and toppings bar and a bar full bar complete with frozen margaritas. An Austin classic.

See Austin from all angles on this trail that circles the entirety of Ladybird Lake all through the city. Some parts are trails, some are boardwalks, some parkland. Awesome way to commute on foot or by bike. No electric scooters allowed!
