About 20 minutes from the house, Chester is a lovely VT town. Magical during winter holidays, the lights are enchanting. Medtrina is a well stocked wine, cheese, and craft beer shop - Amy does frequent tastings. Center of town features an antique shop, MacLeomans Scottish pub, The Free Range cafe and many artisan shops. On the outside of town, the Heritage Bakery and deli is fantastic - great lunch spot! Lasai’s Market has great butcher cut meats and an old fashioned lunch “hot bar”.

Chester
About 20 minutes from the house, Chester is a lovely VT town. Magical during winter holidays, the lights are enchanting. Medtrina is a well stocked wine, cheese, and craft beer shop - Amy does frequent tastings. Center of town features an antique shop, MacLeomans Scottish pub, The Free Range cafe and many artisan shops. On the outside of town, the Heritage Bakery and deli is fantastic - great lunch spot! Lasai’s Market has great butcher cut meats and an old fashioned lunch “hot bar”.

Mike and Tammy’s convenience store has amazing fresh baked goods, fried chicken, breakfast sandwiches. across the way is the Vermont Butcher - source for local, tasty meats. The Garden cafe bar is a special place for a drink, view of fairy gardens, and a stroll through their 2 floor art gallery. Taylor Farm is fantastic, Friday night pizza, winter sleigh rides. Jakes pub is great for pizza, fish & chips, excellent wings! In South Londonderry, is SoLa farm table, on of the state’s best restaurants, reservations required, or score a bar seat! Lowell Lake is a lovely spot for a round the lake hike (3 miles) or a kayak (no rentals). Saving best for last....Londonderry VT is home to Magic Mountain - featuring VTs old school skiing vibe, the Black Line Tavern happening apres ski bar, nighttime bands, and summer frisbee golf!!

Plenty of games, tables and a great place to chill. No food served, but you can grab a pizza across the street at Brandon House of pizza! A few cute shops, an in town waterfall, make this a great place to visit! (Did I mention Foley brothers!)

Home to two amazing breweries! Foley Brothers has some of the best beer in the state. Their tasting room is cozy, friendly. They also serve wine! In Brandon proper, you’ll find Red Clover. Plenty of games, tables and a great place to chill. No food served, but you can grab a pizza across the street at Brandon House of pizza! A few cute shops, an in town waterfall, make this a great place to visit! (Did I mention Foley brothers!)
