The Ristorante Quinoa opens in 2014 in Florence and is the first 100% gluten-free restaurant in town, certified by the National Celic Association. A varied menu that combines the flavors of the Tuscan tradition and those of the oriental cuisine for gluten-free mouth watering dishes. The goal is to offer not only a kitchen without risk of contamination for gluten intolerant, but a varied menu with rich and tasty dishes for everyone. The restaurant is immersed in an urban garden , the court of ZAP (Aromatic Protected Area), in the spaces of a sixteenth - century cloister a stone's throw from the Duomo of Florence, in which we host cultural events throughout the year.
