A local vegetarian fast-casual chain that uses almost entirely local ingredients. This Clover location is open 24 hours a day. The coffee is good, the rosemary fries are to die for and the impossible meatball and falafel sandwiches are the classics. For breakfast they have overnight oats and the egg sandwich - among many other things.
