Parks & Nature
Deua National Park covers a vast area behind Moruya, access to real wilderness areas by 4WD only however a great lookout can be reached by a normal car if you don't mind a dirt road. Dirt road to Araluen follows the river. Natural flora and Fauna, walking, photography a place of natural beauty

There is a great walking track from Congo to Tuross heads called the Bingie dreaming track, 15kms one way. This goes through Eurobodalla National Park and closely follows the coastline. If you don't have time for the whole track it can be done in sections. Great coastal scenery, swimming and fishing spots. Around Bingie one can see many kangaroos at certain times of the day

Great selection of beaches to suit all, from the surf beach round to Shelly beach at the entrance to the river. At the headland lies a lookout and very old graveyard. At certain times of the year the lookout is used for spotting whales and seals.

This is a great river to explore. Hire boats are available just by the bridge. Activities on the water, fishing, swimming or just slowly taking in the scenery and bird life.
