Out and about - Activities and Tours
There are so many things to see and do around Ubud - there’s something for every interest and age group.
Visit temples and waterfalls, take a cooking class, or try your hand at making Balinese offerings or Balinese shadow puppets. Hit the mountain bikes or downhill cycling, go off-road quad-biking or white water rafting, or do a trek up Mt Batur to watch the sunrise. Visit the elephant park, the safari park, bird park or butterfly park. The team are happy to help with suggestions, and can making bookings for you.
This walk will take you through ricefields and local villages, with stunning views. The walk starts next to Warwick Ibah Luxury Villas, on the left just past the Campuhan bridge on the way into central Ubud. Go up the driveway to the villas, and take the fork to your left just before you get to the villas, then take the stairs on the right. It’s an almost flat walk with only a couple of stairs. You can either do an 8km loop, or return the way you came. There are a few cafes along the walk, but take water and a sun hat, as there is little shade. Ask the team for directions.
