These are some of our favorite places that are within about 1 mile of our house.
Super Yummy neighborhood cafe. Only open on the weekends right now. They have great breakfast and brunch or just grab and go coffee, bagels and amazing smoothies! They also carry beer and wine if you need it. It's 2 blocks from our house.

Nice local park accessible via car or by walking from our house through the Garfield Trail or down Bowman. Great place to put paddle boards or kayaks in to explore Budd Inlet and the Puget Sound. Also a great place to picnic or fly a kite.
