Easy to walk to from our house.
You will meet several dog-walkers but its very peaceful. Most paths are well maintained though some do have muddy puddles. You cam get there from our house without needing a car too.

There is a lake with boats for hire. It has well paved footpaths all round it so is suitable for disabled users in wheelchairs too or children in a pushchair. Thee is also usually an Ice cream van there.
