Sightseeing
There are great tracks from our house to the heritage signal station, which also has a great view of the south arm and other signalling stations. There is also a brasserie up there, if you feel like some fresh scones (or a cheeky wine...?). Picnic tables and a BBQ too if you want to take your own things. Walk is under an hour through Mt Nelson bush.

Colonial brewery with a modern brewery inside. Great fun/tour and Cascade Female Factory is around the corner also. Both tours are between $15-$30, and with the brewery tour you get a free drink included. Also, they often have a great game of who can pour the best beer (you can drink the beer you pour...) judged by the audience!

Essentials
The general store is well stocked both fresh veggies and pantry things. They also have a good selection of local wines. The deli section will also have sushi, make coffee/sandwiches and pies :) They close at 7pm
There is also a great walking track behind the store, if you want to go exploring.
