When all the people of the Group arrive at the winery, they have to know each other to create the right atmosphere and friendship and i'll explain how consist the wine-experience. In the beginning,I'll explain how we work organically and how we produce excellent grapes. After you'll discover 3 different cellars, The Vinsantaia, the place where the Vinsanto (dessert wine) is made, La Tinaia where the Chianti DOCG and SuperTuscan ferment and the last is the Barriccaia, a 200 years old cellar totally underground, where the wine age in french oak barrell. At the end you'll taste 5 different wines with typical salami, prosciutto, pecorino cheese, bruschetta with fresh tomato from our organic garden and cantuccini cookies. My family, my dog, Billo ,and I will guide you in truffle hunting in our beautiful woods in Chianti. Truffle hunting is an ancient tradition in Tuscany, and has only one rule—respect nature. For this reason, it will be necessary to conduct a small briefing before going into the woods, a sacred place for truffle hunters. During the hunt, I will tell you about the truffle, the magic of its traditions, its history, mythology, and uses in the kitchen. Andiamo a raccogliere le olive e portiamo al frantoio! Nel mese di ottobre e novembre possiamo vedere come raccolgono le olive le persone del piccolo paesino, conosciamo le varietà e differenze ed i metodi di raccolta manuale. Andiamo al frantoio per vedere come fanno l'olio extravergine al modo non-industriale ed assaggiamo l'olio fresco ancora verde e profumato con un pezzo di pane toscano. Vorrei farvi conoscere i miei amici, sono 3 famigle che portano avanti un azienda famigliare con la produzione bio di prodotti tipici della zona cioe formaggio, olio di oliva e vino. Riescono fare i prodotti con il cuore, ad alta qualità ma in quantita ridotta. Ci incontriamo a Lajatico, paese di Andrea Bocelli nonche dove vivo io. Dopo una breve paseggiata prendiamo le macchine e ci fermiamo al Teatro del Silenzio e alla casa Bocelli per un breve fotostop. Continuiamo alla fattoria con gli animali vari dove fanno formaggi, sopratutto pecorini. Poi andiamo al frantoio dove portano gli olivi tutte famigle della zona. Chiudiamo alla cantina con assaggi di vari vini tipici con tagliere. I bambini sono benvenuti! Gli assaggi sono inclusi nel prezzo, alla cantina anche un tagliere con afettati misti e finger food. L'acquisto è possibile ma non è obligatorio!

L'attività è un'introduzione alle immersioni con il supporto bombole o Scuba Diving. Si terrà una veloce ma esplicativa lezione sulle tecniche per immergersi con le bombole e tutte le nozioni di sicurezza.
