The starting point of the sea kayaking activity, Kathara Beach is located 20 minutes away from Rhodes Town. After a safety briefing on Sea Kayaking, we will start exploring the beautiful east coast of the island. We will explore Anthony Quinn's Bay, Ladiko Bay, the cave of the seal and finally Traganou Bay. There, i will have prepared for you a yummy healthy Greek traditional picnic, including "Dakos", dolmadakia, tzatziki, fresh vegetables and much more. After having refuelled our energy, we will start paddling back to the starting location. Do not miss this opportunity, even if you are a complete beginner, to treat yourself to a fantastic sea kayak trip on the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. Join us on a walking tour through Fira and neighboring Firostefani for a journey through senses – breathtaking views, hidden alleyways, local eateries – all of that while exploring the secrets of Greek cuisine and filling your belly! Choose between a morning tour or an afternoon tour on selected dates to enjoy the most amazing Santorini sunset! In a small group of 8 - 9 people, after meeting up in Firostefani, we will start our day with a Greek coffee and amazing views. We will follow caldera side footpath to get more of the views and plenty of photo opportunities, stopping for a local beer with Santorini meze. Later on we will explore the windy medieval streets of Fira to visit famous landmarks, and try the best souvlaki in town, do an olive oil tasting, visit a deli and enjoy the most amazing moussaka with a glass of local wine. You will be welcomed in our olive farm with a welcoming drink. We will visit our olive grove and explain about the 150 different trees. We will also see some herbs and explain about it, and see our donkeys. During the tour, you will get information about the various trees and olives, the history of the harvest of olives in Greece, and the making of olive oil. Then we will prepare together some delicacies made of olives that we will eat. We will also do another recipe that needs olive oil, and from mid September to end of November, we will prepare some olives to be eaten. The recipes will be sent to you so that you can cook back at home. At the end, you leave with some souvenirs. Other things to note Come with casual clothes. We are a farm, with dogs, cats, donkeys, a horse, chickens, ducks, bees, butterflies..... Olives trees, many different fruits trees, herbs.

To begin with, most people ignore the tasting process of olive oil as it can be tasted with two different senses; not only with our mouth but also with our nose. The experience will begin with a walk in our estate in order for our guests to familiarize with the whole process of production. Come to my beautiful marble art garden that has been in my family for generations where you will sit with me and create pebble stone mosaics as did the ancient peoples on this island. I will introduce you to the basic techniques of creating mosaics using natural pebbles of different colours made of marble, granite, and crystals from the island. Personally I take my inspiration form nature or from archaic motifs. I will provide a wooden frame and some ideas in which to create your each individual projects. I am an easy going guy, ask me anything you like. You can practice you Greek with me as well as the opportunity to improve my English.

Santorini Horse Riding began from our passion and love of horses. Our family has owned land and livestock in the village of Megalochori for 5 generations and our respect is a reflection for the love of the village and surrounding lands. As owners, myself and Zsanett wish to maintain the heritage of the island and to preserve the tradition and ancient practice of keeping horses and we do this by upholding high standards. We offer unique authentic riding experiences in stunning natural landscape of the sea and vineyards in the south of the island.

We will begin with an introduction to organic olive farming , focusing on cultivation methods which result in healthy trees and top quality olive oil. You will learn to identify some of the varieties of olive tree, and will acquire basic (or more advanced if you are interested) knowledge of growing olives. We will give you a briefing on the exciting, ongoing research on the health giving properties of excellent olive oil and you will learn about the role of oleocanthal in promoting good health. We will show you round the farm and then if you wish you can participate in watering, pruning, repairing stone terraces, mending olive nets or picking olives (the harvest is from October onwards). Finally you will enjoy a well deserved tasting session, with our own delicious olive oil and different accompaniments. Other things to note We are happy to tailor your experience to whatever aspect of olive growing you are most interested in and can adapt the activities to all levels of fitness.

The idea is to embellish the frame of a small mirror, by making a mosaic around it with colorful tiles. The process is simple, educational and relaxing, in a quiet natural environment.
