We operate a couple of properties(Abbey Inn and Fairbanks Inn) near the University of Alaska Fairbanks. You will find a couple of nice extras, such as coin-operated laundry and off- street parking. In order to check in, you will need to go to the main property, then travel a block down the road to our annex property where your studio is located. We will provide you with a key and map to the location at check in. We do allow pets on a case by case basis for$15/pet you may pay upon arrival.

Fully furnished, full kitchen with flatware. Free WI FI, cable/DVD player. Enjoy with a spa/jacuzzi in the bathroom! Quaint but quiet with Queen bed in the living area. This is a self service studio. There is a bus stop one half mile from the property.

Located on the west side of town, near the University, there are several different studios that you may be staying in. There is only one office for check-in; you will need to get the key at the main property, then travel to the actual location where you will stay. The picture just shows one of the "typical" studios (a kitchen is in the same room as the bed, like an efficiency apartment).

Check-in is at the main office (4312 Birch Lane), two blocks away from the actual studio. If you have arrived by taxi, please have the cab wait while you check in and get the key. Please let us know if your arrival will be after 11 pm.
