The guests have all the privacy they need with a separate entrance directly to the apartment, private living room with kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, considering the sofa in the living room and an air mattress that we can provide if necessary.
If you have a bigger party, 2 additional bedrooms with another bathroom on the same floor can be rented for similar rates.

The house is located in the heart of Galveston's Historical District, with just a few minutes walking distance from downtown, the beach, and UTMB campus. There are several nice restaurants & cafes in the area, and a large grocery store four blocks away. Very close to Galveston cruise terminals.

My wife and I are renting out part (or all) of the 2nd floor of our house. We are close to retirement, and with our children living away we have a lot of free space in the house. We have worked at UTMB since we moved to Galveston from Russia a long time ago. We enjoy meeting new people and making our guests feel comfortable.
