Former 5 star rated Hostel, now more like Hotel with all private rooms from shared bath to private, from budget rooms to suites. 5 rooms offered, including Suite that can accommodate up to 4 people. Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back- you're welcome to leave anytime if you don't like something -your stay will be prorated. This house will be loved though, it’s better than any hotel just for these reasons alone - no carpeting, no pets, no smoking, windows everywhere and open, fan, AC and heating in rooms, laundry, full kitchen, outside sitting patio. Reserved and free street parking available , included gated spot if necessary. LGBTQ and 420 friendly. Keyless entry and self-checkin at own convenience at any time of day or night, no need to interact with anyone unless you want to, you’ll always have your privacy here. House is also well soundproofed and always available for events, you’re welcome to use stereo and other entertainment systems.
If there is anything you’re unhappy about, simply contact me and I’ll refund the difference of your stay. No need to complaint to Airbnb, this is my house- not theirs, so all your problems should be addressed to me and not them. Enjoy your stay and remember your 5 star review always appreciated.
