Bright and sunny two-bedroom home in Alexandra. Private and fully-fenced backyard, with plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. Just a five minute stroll to the supermarket and another five minutes to the town centre. Central Otago is the hottest place in New Zealand in the summer, and the coldest in the winter. An outdoor ice-skating rink is a ten minute walk away, as is the swimming pool and bike park for the kids. A washing machine is in the bathroom area and available for you to use.

Kevin (born in the USA) and myself (a Kiwi) are an active and outgoing couple. We both live in Nelson, Top-of-the-South, New Zealand and currently work full-time.
We have two options available: A one-bedroom apartment in the lower level of our home here in Nelson and a
recently purchased retirement unit in Alexandra. Both are available for longer stays, on request.
Our daughter, Jenny, will be your host in Alexandra.
We will be your hosts in Nelson.
