Sandy Beach Retreat has 4 vacation rentals that share a fenced in pool area.

-Convenient beachfront on ground floor.
-Sleeps 6 with a King bed in Master, two twin beds second room, pullout couch.
-Fully equipped kitchen
- Flat Screen Televisions every room.
-Wi-Fi, cable, washer and dryer.
-Private outdoor area.
-2 parking spots ground level
Things to Know!
-Rent all four and stay together. Pool Is shared.
-Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
-Near some of our favorite eats!
-Location is a center of Panama City Beach next to convention center.
-During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
-Beach Chair Service rentals are available 3/1-10/31. This is NOT included in this property rental.
-Managed by Teeming Vacation Rentals, a professional property management company.
-You must notify TeemingVR in advance if you will be bringing a dog. Please include breed and weight.
-1 dog allowed under 25 lbs.
-The pet fee is $125 per week or $275 per month, whichever is less.
-Breeds not allowed. Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.

Hello, we are Jeff and Gina Paglialonga, owners of TeemingVR (Teeming Vacation Rentals). Our love for travel spans decades as does our romance (high school sweethearts, fellow UF graduates, married 30+ years with four children, traveled to 6 out of the 7 continents). Jeff also has owned an Allstate Insurance Agency since 1990, achieving the highest company award of Top in Country. We personally own 7 vacation rentals ourselves and manage around 300 properties, located in St Pete/Clearwater, St Augustine/Flagler, and Panama City Beach. Pooling very different skill sets but very common passions, we make perfect partners. We are truly blessed, loving what we do and loving doing it together.
