• Things to keep in mind

- This is a private room inside a house, it has a private attached bathroom.This is not a stand-alone apartment or an entire place.

- This listing uses a central heating and cooling AC system; it is kept in cooling mode all year long at 72 F unless the outside temperature is below 65 F, then the AC is switched to heating mode at 72 F.

- In order to save energy, the temperature setting in the central AC is fixed to 72 F and guests don’t have access to the thermostat to change it, but this doesn’t guarantee that the room temperature will be 72 F and this will depend on the temperature outside

• Before booking you must acknowledge

- You will read and follow the check-in instructions available to you in your Airbnb app under ”Trips > House Manual” and also available in the Guest Portal under the “Check-in Instructions” option.

- Check-in is anytime after 5:00 PM and before 9:00 PM, non-negotiable, even if you requested an earlier check-in while booking. Early check-in at 1:00 PM, this is available upon request at least one day before check-in day for a fee of 50% of the room's rate.
Self-check-in after 9:00 PM is available, just follow the check-in instructions.

- All Mail it's forwarded to a central location for processing. You should not use the listing's address to receive mail or packages.

- Customer service hours are Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Any phone call or message sent after 9:00 PM will be answered the next day after 9:00 AM

This is an investment property where I do Corporate Housing and Vacation Rentals. I don't live on the property, but the unique setup doesn't require guests to have any interaction with me. Thanks to the Guest Portal, the digital Keypad or a Lockbox the self-check-in process is easy as pie.
