Quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes to Denver, 20 min to Boulder, 1 mile to light rail (goes to downtown & airport). Private room in finished basement for 1 - 2 guests. 420 Outside only.
Cozy room w/ Queen bed, Direct TV (185+ channels), Wifi, mini frig, microwave. 3 rooms share two full baths. Hand made crafts, soaps & CBD products! Later check in OK, just let us know.

We are vendors at our local farmers market during the summer. All year long we offer our Airbnb guests an opportunity to purchase health, beauty and artisan craft products that are all handmade and one-of-a-kind. You can also preview our products on Etsy at ArtisanAlleyCat shop. In addition we have high quality CBD products at affordable prices.

We have three Airbnb guest rooms that share two full baths and access to a coffee/tea counter in the laundry room. Bathrooms are not designated, use whichever is available.
기타 주의사항
Our cats go in and out during the day but at night we close the cat door to keep them in. Recently coyotes have moved into our area and while they are not harmful to humans they are predators to cats. The cats don't usually try to get out at night but if they do PLEASE LET US KNOW (text is fine). We can easily get them back in and don't mind if it's in the middle of the night. Priority is that they are safe. Thanks!
