If location is everything and views are supreme, then this quiet clean apartment is perfect for you. In a brand new building just one minute walk to Jerusalem’s world famous Machane Yehuda market, you’ll have the convenience of the light rail taking you straight to the Old City or to experience Jaffa Street, with its yummy cafes and vibrancy.

The living and dining area has an open kitchen, and spectacular floor to ceiling views of Jerusalem’s old streets and rooftops. Everything you need is there; including a table for four people, large fridge, two sinks for those that keep kosher, a gas stove top, water urn and more.

The apartment includes a modern bathroom with large shower, two bedrooms, and closet space. One of the bedrooms is a ‘safe room’, which, apart from being an extra security precaution, means its super quiet for light sleepers!

You’ll have the standard creature comforts like heating and air-conditioning, wifi internet, and elevator in the building. But we don’t think you’ll spend much time there, as the location will get you out and about exploring the best of Jerusalem. Be sure to enjoy the Machane Yehuda market “shuk” by day and by night, when it converts from food market to nightlife.

VAT EXEMPTION

Mahane Yehuda Market (Hebrew: שוק מחנה יהודה‬, Shuk Mahane Yehuda), often referred to as "The Shuk", is a marketplace (originally open-air, but now partially covered) in Jerusalem, Israel. Popular with locals and tourists alike, the market's more than 250 vendors sell fresh fruits and vegetables; baked goods; fish, meat and cheeses; nuts, seeds, and spices; wines and liquors; clothing and shoes; and housewares, textiles, and Judaica.
In and around the market are falafel, shawarma, kibbeh, kebab, shashlik, kanafeh, baklava, halva, zalabiya and jerusalem mixed grill stands, juice bars, cafes, and restaurants. The color and bustle of the marketplace is accentuated by vendors who call out their prices to passersby. On Thursdays and Fridays, the marketplace is filled with shoppers stocking up for Shabbat, until the Friday afternoon sounding of the bugle that signifies the market will close for the Sabbath. In recent years, the 'shuk' has emerged as another Jerusalemic nightlife center, with restaurants, bars and live music.
