This apartment is located in an historic Florentine Palazzo on the first floor overlooking a quiet internal courtyard and offers peace and tranquility during your stay in Florence. Gianbologna apartment is light and spacious, and also has a balcony overlooking the courtyard and terracotta roof tops toward Santa Croce. it has traditional terracotta pavement and exposed wood beam ceiling and is comfortably and tastefully furnished.
The double bedroom leads onto a balcony with table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfasting and dining. There is a large comfortable sofa bed in the living area.
The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and bidet.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.
Giambologna apartment is on two levels with the main bedroom upstairs for greater privacy. There is a free laundry with washers and dryers available on site for clients use. For families with a baby there is also a cot available on request at not extra cost. Satelitte TV is availalbe and also free WI FI connection.
On entering the main door of the Palazzo there is a reception area with onsite assistance and there is also an underground garage which is available to clients for a small daily fee of 20euro.
There is a fresh fruit and vegetable market a few minutes walk and also a supermarket. The Palazzo is just across the road from what was once Michelangel's house, now a beautiful museum and also a few minutes walk from the church of Santa Croce. All other monuments are within a 10 minute walk. The Santa Croce area boasts a selection of restaurant, pizzeria and enoteca (wine bars).
