Excellent duplex apartment that spans 50% of the ground & first floor inside the prestigious Sonnegg Lodge development, consisting of only 3 apartments that are available for holiday rental. This apartment is spacious yet cosy, with enough space and equipment to please all. This apartment can also be booked in conjunction with it's neighbour that is nearly identical, expanding the sleeping capabilites to 12. Please message us to discuss.

The apartment comfortably accommodates 6 people across a large open-plan living area, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite and dual entrance to bathroom 2) and a balcony and patio located to the back of the property.
The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with utensils and appliances. The sitting room has a large 50" TV. The heating system is underfloor throughout with a wonderful log burning fire. Logs will be provided on your arrival.

We are conveniently located; near to the car park, ski buses and a walkable distance to all amenities, including the ski lifts. The walk to the High Street (restaurants, bars, hotels, shops) is 5-10 mins on a charming, level, and car-free cobbled street.
Sonnegg Lodge is a brand-new luxury development at the sunny north end of the village. This is the quieter and less busy residential area - where most of the local homes are located.

The apartment is conveniently located; near to the car park with quick access to the free electric ski bus at the Grosses Moos stop (right outside) or the Ober Wildistrasse interchange outside of Wild One snowboard shop (3 minute walk) that has frequent ski-busses between the hours or 08:30 - 12:00 & 14:00 - 17:00. Saas-Fee is a small Swiss mountain village which offers impressive 360 views of the outstanding mountain range. As a result of its car free policy, family ownership of bars & restaurants and property laws, Saas-Fee has managed to retain its traditional charm: peaceful, yet engaging. Saas-Fee is also known for its glacier and often referred to as “the pearl of the Alps”.

The villages main street runs a total length of 1.8km - meaning it is very accessible by foot and takes approximately 30 minutes to walk from one end to the other. At the north end of the village is the 'Wildi' where you will find a quiet atmosphere and long sunny days. The south of the village is where you will find the ski area & lifts and in summer an impressive outdoor sports area.

On our village streets you will see our electro vehicles, specifically designed for our narrow roads, which of course replace all cars due to Saas-Fee being strictly car-free. However for those wishing to travel by car have no fear, as Saas-Fee offers a large multi-storey car park upon entrance to the village for all visitors.
