Effective August, 2021, we are discontinuing use of bottled drinking water.
Our high-quality tap water comes from our local water utility - the North Wales Water Authority /NWWA. According to the NWWA's 3Q21 newsletter/insert, its "Forest Park Water Treatment Plant has been awarded numerous State and National Awards for excellence, including the prestigious AWWA 5-Year President's Award." And as if this weren't enough, we also have installed 5-micron sediment and DE drinking water filters at the kitchen tap, so there's NO need to drink bottled water.

FYI, potential guests with larger parties: Nearby Homewood Suites in Lansdale charges >> $200/night for a similar space (2-bedroom suite with very small/ltd kitchen) although they DO offer a full breakfast, but you have to deal with very strong lobby odor. We also have a FULL kitchen and we don't charge for laundry facilities, which are conveniently located within the apartment. And our place smells nice and fresh ...

Finally, for those potential guests that are new to short-term rentals, Airbnb offers a $40 credit (via Airbnb coupon code) for initial stays (only) - please contact Airbnb to obtain this discount. We (the hosts) are unable to email or text you the link with a coupon code directly because Airbnb blocks all contact info (within their messaging system) prior to booking.

As you can see, our calendar is open to book for more than 1 year, but we usually don't consider bookings of 2 WEEKS or MORE for periods that are 6 months or more in the future (it's too hard to plan that far in the future).

We are two native Philadelphians, a Mechanical Engineer/Handyman and a Finance & Operations Professional, who possess a good combination of "creativity and craftsmanship" We have planned and completed numerous home improvements (large and small) at our North Wales home over the past 25+ years. We like meeting new people and we have this nice space so we thought we'd try our hands at hospitality. We were happy to be awarded "Superhost" status by Airbnb after less than 6 months of hosting. We've continued this achievement and have been Superhosts now for almost 7 years! We've been very fortunate to host many great guests and we look forward to meeting and hosting many more.
