Felix you are obviously NOT telling the truth and are maliciously trying to hurt us and our business by personally and unjustly attacking me. This case is presentely being investigated by a general manger and it is classified as “malicious, hurtful and false” . I have also sent as proof all the messages from my inbox.
I guess you forgot to mention that before you got on the property I explained that the past few times it rained ONLY the laundry room floods and the owner will fix the issue as soon as the rain stops as the lawn is very wet and slippery. The laundry room is in the back of the house and it used to be an outdoor patio. The owner has since built a wall with windows. The water absolutely DOES NOT go in the kitchen as that is two steps higher. I am sure that if anyone from your group would read this review would know you are not telling the truth.
Also you forgot to mention that the next day another gentlemen from your party (that was polite) called and I had offered you a night COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE for the trouble with the electricity. Unfortunately I can not predict the future or can fight mother nature. The Cottage is in a rural area and for your safety the power went off for a few hours during the powerful storm.
You also forgot to mention that you forgot to leave the $75 Linen Fee you agreed to pay when you booked the cottage. So I guess if we are to be completely fair you still owe $75. Please let me know how would you like to submit the payment? Meanwhile, someone from Airbnb will be contacting you regarding this case.
