Regarding your critsicms, i agree that the description regarding the bathroom's position was not adecuate and is now stated clear in my listing's description; also, despite of finding your comment on patio chairs and cushions somewhat excessive, i will make sure to improve the patio space so future guests wont experience any discomfort. Regarding the table, i overall find your description of the situation quite fair, with the exception of some details. As i tried to make clear to you in our numerous conversations, i was going to charge you for the cost of the marble tabletop you broke, regardless of what i chose to replace it with - in which you seemed to have understood and agreed. In order to calculate this cost, i needed to get an offer for a replacement, as marble table-tops are not readily available. When i got the offer, i forwarded it to you to let you know the cost of a replacement, which was also the amount i had already told you i would charge you. Taking into account your advice, i selected to buy a table from a different material (wooden), which would also be suitable for outside use, able to withstand weather conditions on an island all year round (as the previous one would) - the one i opted for had a price tag 250 euros, as plenty of tables that are intended for that use. I could have opted for a more expensive or a cheaper table, but that would not change the fact that the amount i asked of you was the one covering the damage you caused . You had also been notified that my friend would come to take measurements and later pick up the cash, as he was the one who would receive and pay-on-delivery for it (as you opted for paying in cash instead of going through Airbnb Support as i offered). Overall, it seemed to me that both sides showed good will to resolve this situation quickly and respecfully, but at some point something got miscommunicated resulting in you seeing it in a different way. My intent was to resolve this swiftly and fairly, and and off course never wanted for you to experience any inconvenience during your vacation, and i am off course sorry for causing any with my perceived mismanagement of this situation.
