Upon entering Cranleigh the grand entrance leads you into a large bright kitchen dining area, fully equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are doors from the kitchen leading out to the pretty courtyard garden. This property also benefits from a downstairs WC.
On the first floor there is a twin bedroom and a large living room with a TV and comfortable seating, with doors that lead out onto the south facing balcony. There are double doors that lead to a double bedroom with a shower ensuite.
On the second floor there is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a master bedroom benefiting from an ensuite with a bath and hand held shower. All bedrooms have a TV with a built in DVD player, please note these are smart TVs only. There is also a large family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
