Located on the edge in the small village of Selca on Brac Island, with shops, restaurants and cafes. Nearby Sumartin offers a lovely harbour and more restaurants and cafes. Sumartin has a daily ferry to the historic town of Makarska which is known as the Makarska riviera.
When you get down in Selce, a monumental neo-Romanesque church will take your breath away, built entirely of high quality stone, as well as nearly all the houses in the village. The center is dominated by a particular gallery of busts and statues of many notables: Leo Tolstoy, Stjepan Radić, and Pope John Paul II.
You can meet pastoral way of life in the surrounding villages whose idyllic spirit modern times failed to disrupt.

The villa has four bedrooms, one bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other three on first floor. Three bedrooms are ensuite. There is a very spacious modern kitchen with dining room. Sliding doors in the kitchen/dining-room and living-room allows you easy access to the pool.
An utility room and garage is located in the basement.
You can enjoy beautiful sea view from most parts of the villa and mountain view from the eastern bedroom.
The villa is surrounded with Mediterranean garden with herbs and trees which allows you complete intimacy. The bushes of rosemary planted next to the pool gives a nice smell.
